Testimonies

God is glorified when His people speak up!
Throughout Scripture, the Lord invites His redeemed to “tell of His wondrous works” (Psalm 105:2) and assures us that “they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony” (Revelation 12:11). When we share what Christ has done, His name is lifted high, weary hearts are refreshed, the gospel’s power can be seen at work in ordinary lives, and the whole church is woven together in gratitude and hope! Each story of redemption we share helps to “declare His glory among the nations” (Psalm 96:3) and proves again and again that the Saviour who died and rose over 2000 years ago still rescues and transforms lives today!

Here is the incredible story of God's goodness in the life of Nathan MacIsaac, a beloved member of our congregation at MVBC. He shared his story at a men's breakfast at the Christian Community Church of Cheticamp on Feb 14th 2026. His is a testimony of the goodness of God even in the darkest trial. How good God is to rescue and reveal himself to us!

God’s grace overcomes even the deepest regrets and mistakes. After meeting Christ, Brandon was not only given a new heart, but was buoyed by the the knowledge that Christ completely forgives, saves, and washes us clean!
